How do I pay for the tour?

Payments can be made through bank transfers or via mobile money (Ghanaian residents) at the time of booking.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my tour?

Our cancellation policy depends on the specific tour. In general, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can receive a full refund, while cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Please check the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation.

What should I bring on a tour?

It depends on the type of tour, but generally, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, packing sunscreen, a water bottle, a camera, and any other items specific to your tour's activities (e.g., hiking gear or swimwear).

How is booking confirmed?

Booking is confirmed with payment. Clients have up to 24 hours before the start of the tour or trip to make payment.
