How do I book a tour?

You can easily book a tour through our website by selecting your preferred tour, choosing your dates, and completing the booking form. Alternatively, send us an email with a tour request to info@nsromaadventures.com and we will attend to you.

Tour prices generally include transportation, a professional guide, entrance fees to attractions, and any special activities in the itinerary and in some instances, meals.

Absolutely! We offer customizable tours that can be tailored to your specific interests, whether you want more outdoor activities, historical landmarks, or unique local experiences. You can send an email or fill a tour request form to discuss your ideal itinerary

How do I pay for the tour?

Payments can be made through bank transfers or via mobile money (Ghanaian residents) at the time of booking.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my tour?

Our cancellation policy depends on the specific tour. In general, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can receive a full refund, while cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Please check the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation.

What should I bring on a tour?

It depends on the type of tour, but generally, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, packing sunscreen, a water bottle, a camera, and any other items specific to your tour's activities (e.g., hiking gear or swimwear).

How is booking confirmed?

Booking is confirmed with payment. Clients have up to 24 hours before the start of the tour or trip to make payment.
